Klaus von Mirbach, Germany - I am a book maker, diarist, drawer, storyteller.

Drawing means to me, to dream myself in a specific situation, a method to get more intematly involved in life, to awake for sights and sounds, trying to reduce everything to the basics without eliminating the poetry. I have an affectation for the unfinished, incomplete, unpretentious. In addition to the drawings I often find my drawings. Scrap paper, packaging material, letters, fragments of damaged books and all that stuff.

After collecting, I chose the papers, find the story or several storys, find the title of the diary, chose the size of the book and the binding and after 2-3 days, when the book is ready I can see and read once more: life is wonderful !
