being near New York City means ALOT to me as an
artist and citizen...I have very dear friends in Manhattan

..it means the radio plays WNYC news (non commercial radio, level of discourse is intelligent)

..the views from my window are green and leafy...my neighbourhood is quiet at night

..with kind neighbours across the street.. and I have a small studio and lawn

..and the mortgage is paid now in this humble, but adequate abode
